While many of our recent site improvements have been happening under the hood, the improvements that we have launched today should hopefully make it easier for everyone to interact with the blog. Here’s a quick list of what is in this little site update:
- new search engine
- category listing of the entries (linked from the sidebar and each entry)
- date listings, for example: http://electrotap.net/blog/2003 http://electrotap.net/blog/2004/10 http://electrotap.net/blog/2006/05/06
- moved all old blog entries into the new blog

Sorry for posting on this topic, but I couldn’t figure out how to submit a new entry on the Hemisphere topic area. And I couldn’t see how to give my submission a new Topic or Subject.
Anyway… Has anyone heard the Hemisphere speakers ? are they suitable for live performance ? what size venue? what is their power rating? are they priced $599/ea, or $599/pair. How do they compare to the Bose PAS system -which is also lacking in bass response unless you add subs. I like the idea of the Hemispheres very much, but am hesitant to order them without trying them first. Feel free to email me offline qua@oregon.com
